研究方向:

主要研究方向:植物经典分类学、计算生物学、生态学、基因组学、植物系统与分子进化、历史生物地理、进化软件与算法、自然科技资源平台建设、资源植物保护与利用、外来入侵植物等。

教学科研成果简介:主要从事物种起源与演化的方法学研究,成果被广泛应用于动物、植物、病毒等各个类群的生态学、进化生物学、流行病学的研究中。申请人作为第一作者或通讯作者在MBEMPEAnn Bot等国际主流期刊上发表了系列SCI论文11篇,3篇第一作者论文入选ESI高被引,ESI他引1300余次,获得2020年度教育部自然科学二等奖(排名第二)。主持各级项目6项,其中国家级项目3项(青年和面上各1项)。教学方面,主持建设了“生物分类学与机器学习、“生物学计算机基础”、“基因组学与进化”等一系列交叉学科课程,参编十三五规划教材《药用植物学》,参编工具书《中国维管植物科属志》和《中国维管植物科属词典》,开发了“物种形态学测量系统”、“植物野外调查”等多个教学软件并获得软件著作权。获得青年骨干教师、优秀学生社团指导老师、优秀学业指导教师、优秀实习指导教师、课堂教学质量优秀奖、“非标准答案考试”试题优秀奖等教学奖项。

主要研究特色:将生物学中的传统学科与基因组学、计算机科学等相结合,开发新的方法和软件,深度挖掘生物资源的应用价值和理论价值。
